Reggie Wilkerson
Reggie Wilkerson serves as the President of Highway 7 Spay and Neuter. With a lifelong passion for animals and veterinary medicine, Reggie’s journey began at Berry College, where she completed her undergraduate degree. She then pursued her veterinary degree at St. George’s University, finishing her final clinical year in Ireland. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Reggie relocated to Harrison in search of a veterinary position. She quickly fell in love with the area, appreciating its perfect balance of town and country life, and enjoying outdoor adventures like hiking and kayaking with her poodle mix, Fred—who, as long as the kayak stays upright, loves every moment on the water.

Reggie’s passion for veterinary medicine began at the age of five when she picked out her first puppy. Despite being allergic to animals growing up, her determination never wavered. She started her career in shelter medicine, where she developed a deep commitment to spay and neuter programs and the mission of finding pets their forever homes. Witnessing the bond that forms when an animal finds “their person” remains one of her greatest joys.
Professionally, Reggie is deeply invested in client education. She believes that veterinary medicine has evolved tremendously over the past few decades, offering advanced preventative care and treatment options previously unavailable. Sharing this knowledge with pet owners empowers them to make informed decisions about their pets’ health.
Outside of her professional role, Reggie is an avid tennis player, a sport she has enjoyed since childhood. Her passion for gardening is evident to anyone who visits the clinic, which is often mistaken for a garden center due to her green thumb. Currently, she is working on establishing a wildlife garden next to the clinic to support native species. During the summer months, Reggie and her team make it a tradition to embark on kayaking trips, bringing their furry companions along for the adventure.
